AirRight Inc. offers planned maintenance agreements to help keep your central air conditioning, cooling system, and heat pump running at their best. Our agreements include two precision tune-ups and safety inspections per year, one for heating or cooling depending on the season.

We service all major brands and our inspection procedures include:

• Cleaning or replacing air filters (disposable filters are only included when purchased)
• Inspecting and cleaning the evaporator coil (for cooling)
• Inspecting and cleaning the condenser coil (for heating)
• Inspecting, cleaning, and testing primary and secondary drains
• Inspecting and cleaning blower components
• Lubricating all moving parts (where applicable)
• Inspecting and tightening all loose electrical connections
• Monitoring refrigerant levels in AC units
• Monitoring voltage and amperage draw on all motors
• Inspecting the heat exchanger and burners, and vacuuming and/or adjusting as necessary
• Adjusting gas pressure as necessary
• Inspecting pilot operations and adjusting as necessary
• Monitoring flue draft for safe operation
• Inspecting and testing safety controls
• Adjusting air flow for proper temperature rise
• Inspecting heat anticipator settings
• Inspecting thermostat operation and calibrating if necessary
• Inspecting the heat exchanger for cracks
• Removing debris from the condensing unit
